1) GATHER DREAM KITCHEN IDEAS WITH APPS LIKE HOUZZ
There’s no reason to come to a design meeting with a blank slate. Dream big by using websites and apps by Houzz. This gives you access to ideas from the best designed homes around the world. You can filter by room, style, colors and more. We love this app because you can take it with you on your phone. That way when you’re waiting in line at the store, you can collect ideas. The best part is you can save your ideas in categories according to the specific rooms of your home. All of your bathroom ideas will be gathered in one place. That dream kitchen will be supported by tons of images from great kitchen pictures.
2) SKETCH OUT ON A NAPKIN A SIMPLE LAYOUT
If you’ve been in your home for a while, you probably have a wish-list of how things could be laid out. You might have always wanted cabinets in a certain order, a wine rack, or that kitchen island you think should have come with the house. No need to measure or be detailed, just sketch it out on a piece of paper. Nothing fancy, just dream.
3) MEET WITH A PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER (LIKE NORTHWEST CABINETRY AND DESIGN!)
